That red dot....

Just in time for Christmas, Crypto.Fashion has produced what is probably the most long-awaited t-shirt design in the Dark Lord Designs collection, based on a phrase I coined some time ago. Perfect for any daughter, particularly of the teenage variety.

Omgosh, best ever! That thread still ranks as one of your best. Well-done.

I don't speak German, but I've gotta say, "WonderBra!"

Garbled Germanic puns aside, it also lifts people's spirits and separates them from their money. ;-)

This is the sort of thing Dalrock rips to shreds every chance he gets. I don't always agree with every detail of his argument but it's definitely worth thinking about.

The message this shirt is sending is "I belong to my daddy, not to the young man who might otherwise be interested." It's crazy for the young woman, it's crazy for the father, and any young man who is sane will receive the message loud and clear and stay far away, choosing instead another girl whose father ISN'T playing the overprotective sexually jealous guardian.

An excess of suitable young grooms needing ever stricter winnowing is not at all the problem facing marriageable young women today. Again, Dalrock has covered this, and continues to do so.

Anonymous Rollory December 05, 2017 10:32 PM

Here we go (apologies if this double-posts):

https://dalrock.wordpress.com/2017/02/01/scaring-away-the-competition/

"While the (hopefully unconsummated) incestuous romantic relationship has bizarrely become “traditional” under the guise of purity, very often these same fathers move from mere surrogate husband to surrogate cuckold."

This shirt is EXACTLY what he's talking about.

Blogger AdognamedOp December 05, 2017 10:35 PM

IDK, I think alot of young men would either just stay away from a girl who wore this tee or see it as a challenge to get into her draws. The "daddy is watching" thing seems a bit pervy too.

OpenID neocolonial December 05, 2017 10:38 PM

Rollory wrote:I belong to my daddy, not to the young man who might otherwise be interested.

Which is a damnably good attitude for all involved to take, until responsibility is formerly passed over.

Nothing romantic or incestuous about it.

Rollory wrote:An excess of suitable young grooms needing ever stricter winnowing is not at all the problem facing marriageable young women today.

Too true. Finding a man period is hard, let alone a man interested in marriage rather than a ``relationship.''

My 19 year old daughter says she has two criteria for a suitor: must be single, must be Christian. So far, nothing.

Blogger Anchorman December 05, 2017 10:45 PM

Nothing romantic or incestuous about it.

But it is cartoonish. And it needlessly emboldens young women to take greater risks, because daddy will bail them out.

If it scares you away, you're probably a pussy anyways.
On the other hand, a girl wears a shirt like that and isn't a virgin- ya- run. There's cuck or slut genes at play. Possibly even sociopath genetics.

Blogger Anchorman December 05, 2017 10:51 PM

The shirt's message is hardly for the suitor.

It's for the daughter.

Anonymous Clay December 05, 2017 11:07 PM

Huh. By the time my daughter started dating, (at 16), she would be carrying a lady S&W in her purse, more often than not, and could probably out-shoot any guy she went out with.

The trophies on my wall may have helped a bit, too.

Blogger Archella December 05, 2017 11:12 PM

Just got the computer key, alt + right arrow one in the mail today. Fabric and fit are awesome. Will buy more t-shirts from Crypto.Fashion, very high quality.

@6 - in other words, you think a tinybopper has more wisdom and ability to keep herself out of romantic trouble than her father....

Yeah.... Riiiight.

My 19 year old daughter says she has two criteria for a suitor: must be single, must be Christian. So far, nothing.

Could be a difference between what she says and what she does. Or maybe she's not sharing her complete bullet point list with Daddy.

If she hasn't learned to control herself she has no business courting. Because Daddy cannot be watching all the time.

That's God's job.

I dunno man. I always just listened to what Women say- you know like a feeling of trust and stuff. Women wouldn't lie, especially about their personal lives and especially to raise their ever declining sexual market value. They wouldn't do that would they?

Anonymous CoolHand December 06, 2017 12:19 AM

Oh FFS....

Have some of you guys had your sense of humor surgically removed, or what?

It must be incredibly tiresome to live a life that humorless.

I'm pretty sure that the unspoken bullet points are ``attractive to her,'' and ``willing to approach her.'' She's a little shy, still.

Anonymous Pitcrew December 06, 2017 12:35 AM

I remember reading about a woman who started fantasizing about the guy who beat up her boyfriend. Ruined her relationship. There's a good bullet for the list.

You need to ply your social network and find her a husband. The whole "let Evolution takes its course!" approach to mating among Westerners is designed to cause nothing but destruction. There's a difference between arraigning a marriage and setting about to finding Men that might marry her.

It's one of those things about modern Christians that bug me. You can do for your daughter one last, great service.

Either way, yes it's funny.

Blogger dvdivx December 06, 2017 1:44 AM

Its not my job as a father to scare away all men just the wrong ones. Men I think that would make a decent husband I'd try to see if she's interested. Then again my daughter isn't a teen yet so any man that's interested falls under why fathers have guns.

I’m glad I don’t have to rely on a man so afraid of freudian bullshit he’d prefer to expose his children to danger than protect them.

The left have become quite adept at persuading men to abandon our historic purpose of protectors and avengers, but it only works because some men crave public approval more than private virtue.

It would an important post to ask what parents warn against in a courtship or dating scene to their sons and daughters beyond the usual advice.

Younger generations arriving on the scene are of a very family centric, resistant and indifferent to cultural chaos/decline, the youth will prove to be very impressive.

Stefan made a really wonderful point that my dad said in the past; in marriage you actually meet many people in that one spouse as people change, grow and love together, something to that wording.

Blogger Revelation Means Hope December 06, 2017 3:38 AM

A shirt like that is a magnet for the right type of suitor. One who is already interested in your daughter by her looks and personality, now can see that she has a sense of humor. And a good relationship with her dad. And her odds of still being a virgin are much higher. And she is much less likely to already be an alpha widow.

I had two girls in my youth who told me that their dad would have to meet me BEFORE she would agree to go on a date. Made me even more interested in dating her.

What kind of social circles do you associate with that you'd think that protective behavior by a father is pervy and incestuous?

Instead of beclowning yourself, check out the original post. It's a little girl being taught independence by walking to school alone, not an 18-year old whose dad has an unnatural fixation with his own kid.

Risk-reward. Nothing wrong with a little advertising, so long as it's well shy of slut territory. Reproduction is an absolute good, within its proper channel, and that means attraction is good. Hieros gamos is a Babelist abomination for fags.

Blogger William Meisheid December 06, 2017 6:50 AM

My daughter once told me that I scared away all of the guys from wanting to date her. They were all afraid of me, not just because I was 6'5" and 220 lbs, but because I was known for speaking my mind without reservation.

Once she was on her own, she hesitated letting any guy meet me who wasn't up to the task and thereby a viable candidate for a future.

Completely agree. We just moved here two years ago. Most of the suitable young men have paired off already, so pickings are slim here, and slimmer where we came from.

Dallas, Texas. No. I am in the middle of college to join military or law enforcement.

Question for you: What would it take to homestead up there?

Homesteading is long done. Ag land is well under a grand an acre, if you're buying a section. An improved, off-grid farm is going for under $200k, with some equipment included.

Hay is a big crop here, and carrots and potatoes do well. You have to find your own markets, which is a mixed blessing, or maybe a mixed curse. You can't do cattle or hogs in a big way, because we don't have a slaughter house in the Interior. You have to sell to people who can slaughter themselves.

What would it take? You better be good with your hands, good with hot and cold weather, and willing to work hard. Even if you grew up in a cold climate, this is going to be a big adjustment.

That's about what I figured. I want to do about 10-15 years in the military or a full career in law enforcement. After about 10 years, I would like to move somewhere very rural and set up a homestead like the one Artisanal Toad talks about. However, I am planning on staying in Dixieland.

At the moment, I am debt free and am likely to stay that way with my finished degree. Any advise for things I should start doing to planning now?

Stay out of debt. Save money. Work in construction. Learn to use and fix equipment. I'd suggest that you get an apprenticeship and learn a trade, rather than the route you are planning.

Toad's idea about a ginseng plantation sounds great, if you're willing to live where 'sang grows.

42 Nah, parents order (threaten) the school's busing system to pick up their girls in front of their home, when I was sent against my will to some dumb school for a few months, the principal was ordered to ensure the bus comes to our house, they didn't mind.

It is all about stress reduction for parents when they need to use the schools to babysit for a while.

Look, we may have grown up in the 70's or 80's but things then were not safe either one cannot be too careful.

The reason I am considering military is that trained, able men of the west will be needed shortly. The reason I am considering law enforcement is that it enables me to build connections and relationships in the local community with other men of the west. I and a few buddies are already on that path and LEO roles will make it even easier to connect.
I thought about taking a trade or construction, but those do not fulfill either of the two needs I see above. Combine that with a strong belief in God has been pushing me this direction for the last 14 years and you have my current plan.
The homestead would also be a gradual thing. I am not in anyway under the impression I could make it my first year. As Toad lays out, I would build it up gradually, focusing on a cash crop and food for my family.
This does assume I have a family. The community college I am going to right now is less than a quarter white. The faculty are more than 70% white at least, but the students are a veritable fecal colored rainbow. All that to say, a wife is not likely to come at the moment (no, church has only one good prospect and she is moving to Cali) so I am focused on other things. It is somewhat likely I will graduate without a serious GF or wife. If so, fine. I can live like a caveman and will be able to save money all the more.

That's very sensible. It just doesn't directly help with the homesteading part. Mechanic-ing and building and growing stuff can be hobbies. If you don't enjoy those hobbies, you won't enjoy homesteading.

Agreed. I already dabble with gardening as much as I can. (Earth boxes, etc.) Once I finish my degree and have finished training for military or LEO I intend to begin taking small engines classes and the like. Probably one a semester. I am signed up to be an assistant leader on a missions trip out of Florida to Ecuador where I will be taught and then manage a construction project. We will be clearing, leveling, and preparing land for a large concrete pad as well as mixing and pouring it by hand. It should be good experience which will enable me to get a jump start on construction knowledge. At least I will know what question to look for answers to.

This hardly seems like the place to continue this converstation. If you want to keep going, my discord user name is DinduGoy#8997.

Thanks for the good back and forth!

All the shirt says to me is "Be a gentleman, or the only prey around here will be you." And with all the stories of sexual predation that we've been getting pounded with lately, I'm betting a lot more women wouldn't have minded having someone around that could have protected them.
